Description
Piquette is a traditional beverage made from rehydrating and fermenting the second pressings of our cherry pomace (leftover skins, seeds & stems after the initial juice has been extracted for wine production)
We grow our sour “Carmine Jewel” cherries ourselves on our Southern Manitoban Vineyard.
Experimental Series Entry #1. 9.6% alc/vol. $5.35.
