The flat and freezing fields of Southern Manitoba are not exactly known for their wine; but there is a single Vineyard standing through the winter cold. Made from 100% MB Grown Grapes. Dry, floral, earthy and acidic. Fermented from Frontenac Gris, Frontenac Noir, Marquette, Sabrevois and Prairie Star
