Carmine Jewel Cherry Wine

Tasting Notes: Made from Manitoba Grown “Carmine Jewel” Cherries, giving it a unique and tangy flavor profile. The aroma is dominated by fresh cherries and a hint of tartness, while the taste is balanced with a subtle sweetness and a crisp acidity. The color is a deep red, and the body is medium to light. It pairs well with light meats, cheeses, and desserts. It also can be enjoyed on its own as a refreshing drink that highlights Manitoba’s unique fruit offerings. Winner of two winemaking awards.

Saskatoon Berry Wine

Tasting Notes: Boasting a beautiful purplish hue with a slightly tart aroma that captures the essence of the wild berries. On the palate, it delivers a luscious and juicy berry flavor, with hints of almonds and a refreshing acidity. The wine is medium-bodied, with a smooth mouthfeel and a balanced tartness that adds to its overall charm.
